Chicken Pie
4 large chicken breast
1 stick margarine (melted)
1 tsp salt
dash of pepper (1/4 tsp)
3 tsp baking powder
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
2 cups chicken broth
1 can creamy chicken or mushroom soup
Cook chicken in crockpot until tender.  Remove from bone and break into chunks.  Place chicken in bottom of large shallow baking dish.  Pour the margarine over the chicken.  Beat soup and broth together until it boils.  Sift together dry ingredients and mix into milk until smooth.  Pour over chicken.  Pour soup mixture over the top and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
