Ice Cream
Three (3) cans of sweetened condensed milk.
One (1) pint of strawberries, peaches or bananas. One (1) tea spoon of vanilla.
Blend fruit in blender with a little milk.
Mix whole milk, about a pint, and condensed milk, mix well then add blended fruit to milk mix.
Fill with whole milk to about 21/2’s inches from the top of the container. Place in churn.
Fill churn 1/3 full of ice then add one (1) cup of ice cream salt. Add (3) cups of salt in all.
Keep adding ice and salt as it melts down. It will stop when frozen.
