Chocolate Éclair

2 small boxes of instant French vanilla pudding

4 cups sweet milk

1 16 oz carton Cool Whip whipped topping

1 box graham crackers

1 container chocolate frosting

Pudding Mixture: Mix pudding and milk until it starts to set. Gradually fold in whipped topping. Layer a 9” x 13” dish with graham crackers, spoon half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers. Add another layer of graham crackers, spoon the rest of the pudding mixture, add another layer of graham crackers, then add chocolate topping.

Chocolate Topping: remove lid and film from frosting container. Replace lid, microwave on high for 1 minute. Pour frosting over graham crackers. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
