10 oz. Frozen Spinach,
thawed (or canned,
well drained)
3 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
4 oz. Cream Cheese
2 tbsp. Sour Cream
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp. Onion Powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
Cook spinach on medium heat to cook out excess water. Add onion powder, garlic powder, and cream cheese. Stir until melted.
Add in Parmesan cheese and sour cream and mix together until well blended and thickened. Serve warm and enjoy!
