Crinkle Cookies

1 box of cake mix (Flavor of your choice)

1 small carton of Cool Whip slightly unthawed, but not all the way

1 cup powdered sugar

Mix cake mix (Lemon is our family favorite) with lightly thawed Cool Whip until mixed well.  Drop by spoonfuls into powdered sugar and coat well.  Place onto greased cooking sheet about two inches apart, and bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.  Don’t let the simplicity scare you.  These cookies do not disappoint!
