KEY LIME CAKE

KEY LIME CAKE

1 box lemon cake mix

2 – 3 oz. boxes lime jello

¾ c. orange juice

1 1/3 c. oil

5 eggs 

Mix the first 4 ingredients.  Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each.  Pour into 3 cake pans that have been greased and floured and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. 

Frosting:     1 – 8 oz. cream cheese, softened

                   1 box confectioner’s sugar

                   1 stick butter or margarine (1/2 cup)

Cream together and frost layers.
