Sausage Skillet Dinner

Sausage Skillet Dinner

1 small pkg Italian sausage

1 red bell pepper

1 small onion

3 Tbsp butter

Shredded mozzarella cheese

Brown sausage on both sides, then slice into coin size pieces.  Slice onion and peppers into thin strips and add to sausage.  Add butter and cook until peppers and onions are soft and sausage is browned.  Sprinkle with cheese when serving.

Serve with rice or pasta of your choice.
