Slow Cooker
Mississippi Chicken
3 – pounds boneless,
skinless chicken breasts
1 – 1 oz. package Au Jus
Gravy Mix
1 – 1 oz. package Dry
Ranch Dressing Mix
1/2 jar – 16 oz. Banana or
Peperoncino Peppers,
drained
1 – stick butter
Salt & Pepper to taste
- Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Place chicken in slow cooker and season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle Au Jus and Dry Ranch Dressing Mixes over chicken then top with peppers.
- Place butter on top of chicken. Place lid on slow cooker and cook on low setting for 6-8 hours or on high setting for 4-6 hours.
- Once cooked, shred chicken with two forks and enjoy!
