Mississippi Chicken
3 – pounds boneless,
skinless chicken breasts
1 – 1 oz. package Au Jus
Gravy Mix
1 – 1 oz. package Dry
Ranch Dressing Mix
1/2 jar – 16 oz. Banana or
Peperoncino Peppers,
drained
1 – stick butter
Salt & Pepper to taste
  1. Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Place chicken in slow cooker and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Sprinkle Au Jus and Dry Ranch Dressing Mixes over chicken then top with peppers.
  3. Place butter on top of chicken. Place lid on slow cooker and cook on low setting for 6-8 hours or on high setting for 4-6 hours.
  4. Once cooked, shred chicken with two forks and enjoy!
