Tomato Pie

2 large cans diced tomatoes

2 cans crescent rolls

1 small onion, chopped

2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese

8 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled

1 tbsp lemon pepper

1 cup mayonnaise

Dash of salt

¼ cup grated parmesan cheese (topping)

Preheat oven to 375°

Place tomatoes in a strainer, let drain. Sprinkle lemon pepper on tomatoes. Mix remaining ingredients (except parmesan cheese) in a bowl.

Spread crescent rolls in a 9” x 13’ baking pan. Bake in a 375° oven until rolls are light brown. Pour tomato mixture over crescent rolls. Bake 25 minutes, then sprinkle parmesan cheese over mixture. Bake another 5 minutes.
